Corporate Compliance Officer (Specialty Testing)

hirify.global provides laboratory services, diagnostics, data, and technology to healthcare providers, patients, researchers, pharmaceutical companies, and health systems.

What you will do

• Serve as the lead compliance advisor for specialty testing businesses in women’s health, oncology, neurology, and autoimmune testing.
• Provide guidance on diagnostic testing arrangements with hospitals, health systems, physicians, medical clinics, and other clients.
• Lead compliance due diligence and integration activities for specialty testing acquisitions.
• Conduct internal investigations, maintain records, prepare reports, and support corrective action plans.
• Develop compliance training, communications, auditing, and monitoring programs.
• Monitor healthcare provider financial relationships, coding and billing arrangements, and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in a healthcare compliance-related role.
• Knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws, including the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA and data privacy, Medicare and Medicaid coding and billing requirements, and CLIA/CAP requirements.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, analytical, and business communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex matters independently, prioritize critical tasks, and provide practical compliance advice.
• Excellent judgment, ethics, integrity, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Certified in Healthcare Compliance, Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance, and/or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical laboratories or diagnostics.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing the Office of Inspector General’s seven elements of an effective healthcare compliance program.
• Experience with compliance issues related to molecular and genetic testing services.
