Compliance Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Cyprus or Poland

Salary: EUR 4,300–5,200 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the group compliance team across three business streams.
• Own the compliance strategy, policies, controls, risk register, and continuous compliance documentation.
• Manage healthcare, privacy, information security, medical device, and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.
• Run internal risk assessments, audits, compliance training, and certification initiatives.
• Develop compliance services for clients and support sales, presales, and delivery of consulting projects.
• Report compliance status and risk exposure to senior management and the board.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, quality, information security, or risk management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related environment.
• Experience managing or mentoring compliance teams across multiple business lines.
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, global healthcare regulations, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, 21 CFR Part 820, MDR, and GxP.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 14971, IEC 62304, IEC 62366, FDA compliance, 510(k), and IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CHC, CHPC, CHRC, CIPP, CIPM, CISM, CISA, CQA, RAC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
• Experience building compliance services in consulting or technology.
• Knowledge of NIST, COBIT, CIS, HITRUST CSF, and MDSAP.
• Experience leading regulatory inspections, notified body audits, or accreditation surveys.
• Experience in a group, holding, or multi-entity environment.
