Sr. Data Analyst, Clinical Programs (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote, limited to candidates residing in CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA

hirify.global is recruiting for a healthcare analytics role supporting clinical and medical management programs.

What you will do

• Develop KPIs and benchmarks to monitor Utilization Management and Case Management activities, including engagement, readmissions, preventable hospitalizations, and emergency-room utilization.
• Build statistical models and population-stratification algorithms using multiple data sources to identify cost, utilization, clinical-outcome, and high-risk-member insights.
• Use predictive analytics to evaluate the performance and ROI of Disease Management and other Medical Management programs.
• Conduct prospective savings analyses and create client-facing reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Present program-performance findings and advise clinical program managers, account managers, and external clients on strategy.
• Manage internal and external requests, delivery timelines, and ongoing analytical support for Medical Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, preferably in a managed-care environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft SQL Server tools including SSMS, and Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced data analysis, financial modeling, predictive analytics, clinical program evaluation, and outcomes-reporting skills.
• Experience with health-plan performance reporting, cost and utilization analysis, client-facing reports, and Business Intelligence applications.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerPivot, Power BI, Tableau, and DAX functions.
• Experience with payer care-management platforms such as ZeOmega.
