Consulting Analyst

Salary: $55,000–$80,000 annual

What you will do

• Provide technical support for employee benefits consulting projects and client engagements.
• Perform data and financial analytics, own monthly financial reports, and support initial budget underwriting for less complex clients.
• Coordinate RFPs, implementations, and renewals, including developing and presenting results comparisons to clients.
• Review compliance materials, client disclosures, summary plan documents, employee communications, and vendor documentation.
• Participate in client calls and meetings, document follow-ups, and provide ongoing account service.
• Track industry trends, legislation, product development, coverages, and related technology while supporting excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Industry experience, ideally in employee benefits consulting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Life and Health license in good standing required within 90 days of hire.
