What you will do

• Represent the Disability Income Customer Care team on tactical and strategic projects involving call infrastructure and post-issue service processing.
• Support Disability Income product initiatives, system migrations, production support, and service improvements.
• Manage senior-level escalations, analyze issues, assess risks, and drive timely resolutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, test solutions, communicate project updates, and solve complex business challenges.
• Use customer and operational data to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and optimize service delivery.
• Maintain current guidelines and standard operating procedures while contributing to departmental strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree with 7+ years of business analysis experience.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience and 2+ years of process analysis and continuous improvement experience.
• 2+ years of experience in root cause analysis, pattern identification, and leading tactical or strategic projects.
• 2+ years of experience presenting project updates, business recommendations, or operational results to leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in Springfield, Massachusetts and handle changing priorities in a collaborative environment.
