Senior/Cost Manager MEP (Data Center)

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Manage project changes by identifying, analyzing, approving, and implementing cost-impacting variations.
• Analyze bids, prepare estimates and cost plans, and support value-for-money decisions.
• Prepare and agree final accounts, including claims and construction dispute matters.
• Oversee project spend through valuations, cost reports, and clear communication of variations.
• Support project decisions with accurate cost documentation and timely communication.

Requirements

• Experience as a cost manager, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Experience in pre-contract cost management, contract administration, budget control, cost planning, and change management.
• Understanding of MEP systems and the ability to read services drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of alternative construction materials and experience preparing change forms.
• Chartered status or progress toward chartership.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
