Salary: $21–$23 USD per hour

What you will do

• Walk through facilities and ensure sustainable procedures, waste sorting, disposal, and Green Station standards are followed.
• Classify, weigh, record, and dispose of food waste through donations, composting, garbage, and family meals.
• Track and analyze waste data, register packed-meal waste in spreadsheets, and report information for Zero Waste Certification.
• Coordinate donation pickups with nonprofit partners and work with operations, cleaning teams, and external partners.
• Prepare and lead sustainability audits, corrective actions, and issue resolution for Zero Waste Certification.
• Train chef teams, provide daily feedback, organize assigned work, and implement sustainable food-waste reduction solutions.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish and English, mainly spoken
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding facility environment.
