Line Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Alsip, Illinois, United States. Onsite work in a production and/or warehouse setting.

Salary: $18.00–$18.50 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Oversee production line personnel and provide day-to-day direction and leadership.
• Train line workers in production line procedures and maintain a professional team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety policies, quality standards, and GMP guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments and plant management to achieve production results.
• Perform quality audits and continuous product inspections based on job complexity and criticality.
• Monitor job rates, operate the Warehouse Management System, manage reporting requirements, and reconcile production paperwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six months of related warehouse production experience or training.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment with moving equipment and people.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required by business needs.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions, communicate effectively, and work in teams.
• Ability to understand WMS functions, computer systems, quality standards, and production reporting.
