Project Analyst, SETA 2 (Partnerships)

Salary: $89,649–$152,404 per year

What you will do

• Support technology, research and development, and programmatic activities for NSF innovation programs.
• Provide technical and program support for directors managing R&D portfolios and awardees.
• Manage awardee milestones and prepare program briefings, technical reports, and leadership communications.
• Coordinate technical discussions, meetings, conferences, and partnership development with government, industry, and other stakeholders.
• Support systems engineering, process improvement, data analysis, visualization, and user experience initiatives.
• Lead tasks and manage team members when needed.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 10 years of research and development, research project management, and project management experience.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience supporting senior leadership and working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD degree.
• Experience with project management, system development and mapping, data analytics, visualization, surveys, and reporting tools.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and knowledge of Other Transactions.
• Knowledge of transition-to-practice processes and commercialization strategies.
• Experience with innovation ecosystems, high-growth technology companies, federal research agencies, or SETA programs.
