Analyst II (Project Management)

Location: Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama, United States. Onsite role with travel as needed.

Salary: $72,000–$75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Oversee multiple task orders or a single program with multiple staff members.
• Assign, schedule, review, and coordinate work across personnel, task order leads, government customers, vendors, and agency representatives.
• Manage project resources, risks, budgets, schedules, contract reporting, and task order periods of performance.
• Coordinate safety oversight for target fabrication, structural maintenance, and facility integrity activities.
• Supervise target data collection and develop and analyze monthly reports.
• Edit, organize, and format project materials and support planning activities and quality control.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, science, or business discipline with three years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education, experience, or military training may qualify.
• For management analyst responsibilities, at least two years of experience must include analyzing financial and other data, evaluating systems or procedures, recommending efficiency improvements, reporting business activity, and compiling statistical reports.
• Practical facility management experience related to construction, targetry, and maintenance.
• Project management knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint databases.

Nice to have

• Experience with tactical and strategic communications, marketing, and development of work products.
• Experience coordinating operational and financial tracking activities.
