Summer 2027 Intern - Agency Services - Business Analyst-Agency

Location: Bloomington, Illinois, United States; hybrid work with two office days per week

What you will do

• Support projects that identify and resolve operational and process-related issues.
• Help develop workflows connecting agents, associates, Agency/Sales departments, and external business partners.
• Create clear communications and materials for internal Agency audiences and field teams.
• Collaborate with product lines, technology partners, market leadership, and corporate agency executives.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives aligned with department and enterprise goals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively in a hybrid team environment.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and new challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Availability for the full 10-week internship from June 2 through August 11, 2027, Monday through Friday, 38.75 hours per week.
