Maintenance Team Member (Commercial Kitchen Equipment)

What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions.
• Repair and replace faulty electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components.
• Install new equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain service records, parts usage, and equipment status.
• Coordinate repairs, parts orders, and service schedules with internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a commercial kitchen service technician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including gas and electric appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and refrigeration.
• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
• Completion of a technical school program in HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, or a related field.
