Maintenance Agent (Hospitality)

Location: On-site in Park City, Utah, United States; must reside within a short drive of the properties and access the market by SUV or truck within 20–30 minutes.

Salary: USD 54,000–55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Partner with local hospitality and maintenance teams to complete property maintenance requests.
• Repair furniture, unclog drains, paint, replace broken items, and complete general home improvement work.
• Inspect properties and grounds for safety and cleanliness, prioritizing issues before guest arrivals.
• Support onboarding of new properties with maintenance touch-ups and installation of basic security components such as doorbells and cameras.
• Document maintenance and billing details in the task management system and maintain organized supplies.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when needed and move heavy objects while remaining on foot for extended periods.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in property management, hotel, apartment complex, or general property maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pool, HVAC, landscaping, and general home upkeep tasks.
• Current driver’s license, automobile insurance, a snow-ready vehicle, and access to personal tools.
• Must reside within a short drive of the properties and be able to reach the market by vehicle within 20–30 minutes.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and independent working skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules according to business needs.
