NDT Level II Technicians and NDT Trainees

Location: Dothan, Alabama, United States; onsite industrial work. The role includes extended travel, shifts of up to 12 hours per day and 7 days per week, work at heights, confined-space work, and exposure to radiation and hazardous materials. U.S. Persons only due to ITAR export-control requirements.

What you will do

• Perform non-destructive examinations in accordance with procedures, codes, standards, and specifications.
• Support inspection projects by preparing components, equipment, and work areas.
• Use applicable NDT methods, including MT, PT, UTT, UTSW, and RT.
• Prepare written instructions, document training, and organize and report examination results.
• Coordinate with managers, clients, and other personnel to define work scope and priorities.
• Guide trainees, work independently, and maintain clean and organized equipment.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required, including U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee status, or asylum status in the United States.
• NDT trainees: high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with math and print-reading skills.
• NDT Level II technicians: documentation of education, training, experience, and qualifications in applicable NDT methods.
• Ability to use computers for data entry and report writing, communicate effectively, and solve problems with departments and customers.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and successful drug screening are required.
• Ability to wear safety equipment, work at heights and in confined spaces, handle hazardous materials, travel for extended periods, and lift up to 100 pounds.

Nice to have

• Documented prior NDT classroom training or on-the-job training.
