Manufacturing Technician - Caddy Armor (CNC)

Location: Solon, Ohio, United States; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Generate solutions for machining quality issues and improve tool life and cycle times in existing CNC programs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues with maintenance personnel.
• Perform mechanical realignments of CNC equipment and workholding independently.
• Create manufacturing documentation and work instructions for CNC equipment.
• Support Manufacturing Engineering with process, equipment, and tooling improvements.
• Assist with large machinery relocation and installation, preventative maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school is preferred.
• 3–5 years of direct CNC machining setup experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent print-reading skills, including GD&T.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, machine tools, and precision measuring equipment.

Nice to have

• Technical or trade school education.
• Experience with 3D modeling and CAD.
