Product Implementation Internship - Summer 2027 (Concur/EMRConnect)

Location: Hybrid in the United States, with regular work 2–3 days per week in a hirify.global office or at client sites. In-person attendance is required for scheduled office and client meetings.

Salary: $32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Learn the architecture, functionality, use cases, and configuration of Concur or EMRConnect.
• Support requirements gathering, data mapping, extract coordination, and implementation kickoff activities.
• Assist with product configuration, unit testing, application testing, and User Acceptance Testing preparation.
• Shadow consultants during client meetings and training sessions.
• Prepare client onboarding documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate with clients, finance teams, developers, and other stakeholders while contributing to internship capstone projects.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
• Above-average academic performance; a college GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships, work independently, and collaborate with a team.
• Detail-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality work.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States upon hire and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
