Application System Analyst II (Converge Revenue Cycle)

Location: Tyler, Texas, United States; onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Occasional overnight travel of up to 20% may be required.

What you will do

• Analyze, design, configure, test, document, implement, support, and optimize assigned healthcare applications and business processes.
• Gather and analyze requirements, map current and future workflows, perform gap analysis, and recommend cross-team solutions.
• Support medium-complexity projects and requests, including release evaluation, change control, validation, and stakeholder status reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents, coordinate application-related code changes with vendors, and escalate unresolved issues when needed.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, technical teams, end users, vendors, and business partners to improve workflows and application usability.
• Prepare and deliver training for users and coworkers and provide guidance to newer team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience, including 2+ years in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or information systems is preferred.
• Detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and resolve moderate incidents independently.
• Experience with application design and configuration, requirements analysis, problem solving, multitasking, and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong written, verbal, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• For Epic analysts: certification or proficiency in the assigned Epic module must be obtained within six months and maintained through required version training.
