What you will do

• Analyze, design, configure, test, document, implement, support, and optimize assigned healthcare applications and business processes.
• Work with end users, operational leaders, service desk teams, technical teams, internal IT, and vendors to resolve application and system issues.
• Gather requirements, map current and future workflows, perform gap analysis, and recommend cross-team solutions.
• Manage medium-complexity projects and requests, including status reporting, change control, testing, validation, and vendor coordination.
• Troubleshoot moderate incidents independently, support application releases, and escalate SLA or vendor issues when needed.
• Provide user and coworker training, documentation, guidance, and feedback to newer team members.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• At least 3 years of experience, including 2 or more years in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and use independent judgment.
• Experience solving moderate incidents, developing functionality with limited direction, and collaborating with senior team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• For Epic analysts: Certification or proficiency in the assigned Epic module must be obtained within 6 months of employment and maintained through version training.
