Integrations Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Set up integrations between hirify.global and customer ERP/GL systems, banks, payroll providers, and data warehouses during onboarding.
• Configure and enable existing integrations and data connections rather than building new connectors.
• Troubleshoot sync failures, mapping errors, and connectivity problems, involving Engineering when code changes are required.
• Act as the escalation point for integration issues raised by Support, Customer Experience, and customers.
• Validate data accuracy, document setup and troubleshooting procedures, and create internal and customer-facing playbooks.
• Gather integration feedback and represent customer and Implementation needs in Product and Engineering discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, integrations support, or a technical customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
• Ability to read and reason about APIs, webhooks, and data mapping well enough to configure and troubleshoot integrations; integration coding is not required.
• Working knowledge of accounting and general ledger concepts, including charts of accounts, journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, Ramp, Float, Stripe, Rippling, Justworks, bank feeds, or similar systems.
• Comfort with SQL and structured data formats such as CSV, JSON, and XML.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using or configuring Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, or similar iPaaS tools.
• Background in accounting, finance, or consulting; CPA or CPA-track experience is a plus.
• Experience with bank connectivity, treasury data feeds, high-growth startups, or implementation-heavy SaaS companies.
• Experience turning customer feedback into Product or Engineering roadmap input.
