Credit Systems Analyst (Mortgage Systems) (Fintech)

Location: 11550 Ent Pkwy, Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA

Salary: $34–$40 per hour, plus a 10% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Administer, maintain, and optimize credit systems and third-party integrations.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and deployments.
• Act as the subject matter expert and escalation point for system issues, providing user support and training.
• Manage system configurations, user access, and security permissions.
• Develop and update system procedures, policies, requirements specifications, and data mapping.
• Support process improvement, release planning, regulatory compliance testing, and product transitions into production.

Requirements

• College degree or technical training.
• 3+ years of relevant systems experience, with financial institution software experience; nCino experience is preferred.
• Previous lending experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, relationship, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with employees at all levels, and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
• Knowledge of and adherence to Bank Secrecy Act policies, procedures, and regulations.
