Implementation Analyst II (SaaS Banking)

Salary: $72,030.00–$122,450.00 annually

What you will do

• Lead 5–6 concurrent client implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Conduct discovery sessions and advise banking customers on platform configuration and account origination best practices.
• Map API configurations, troubleshoot API calls, and analyze technical integration issues.
• Create and maintain project plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and partner teams to resolve blockers and dependencies.
• Train customers, maintain implementation documentation, resolve issues, and complete project handoffs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in professional services, implementation, or technical consulting, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or banking.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, configuration mapping, technical integrations, API documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong organization, analytical problem-solving, communication, and customer consultation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and customer stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of banking operations, deposit account origination, or credit card origination is beneficial.
