What you will do

• Act as the in-store small business subject matter expert and identify business customers.
• Recommend tailored mobile, broadband, fixed-service, credit, and activation solutions.
• Build product and process capability and share knowledge with the wider store team.
• Mentor colleagues to identify business opportunities and improve the customer experience.
• Share small business updates, tactical offers, and market insights through huddles and coaching.
• Manage business enquiries, compliance requirements, and merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Understanding of small business customer needs and business-focused solutions.
• Consultative service skills, including active listening and tailored recommendations.
• Interest in developing expertise across mobile, broadband, fixed services, and small business care.
• Ability to mentor teammates, collaborate, and share knowledge.
• Calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach to complex enquiries.
• Ability to work onsite at the Victoria Point retail store in Queensland, Australia.
