Senior Technical Project Manager (Gaming)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; onsite four days per week. Work arrangements may change based on business needs.

Salary: CAD 91,510–180,562 annual base pay, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage multiple technical projects with limited guidance across internal teams, game development studios, and Demonware partners.
• Assess and manage scope, plans, budgets, quality, stakeholders, dependencies, and risks.
• Build relationships with partners and translate technical information for customers and diverse audiences.
• Keep team roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and deliverables on track.
• Represent project teams in high-level technical discussions and drive outcomes across organizational boundaries.
• Improve team workflows and operational efficiency through automation, tooling, and delivery best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading technical projects, programs, or product initiatives in game development, online services, or software environments.
• Experience working with game studios, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders on complex technical initiatives.
• Strong planning, organization, delivery management, dependency management, risk management, and prioritization skills.
• Technical understanding sufficient to collaborate credibly with engineering teams and technical leaders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across global teams and time zones.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
