Digital Project Manager (Medical Communications)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (hybrid)

Salary: CAD 72,000–97,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple digital and mobile projects from concept through launch, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, estimates, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary production teams of 5–8 people across UX, medical content, graphic design, animation, software development, and quality assurance.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, lead client update meetings, and manage expectations.
• Control scope changes, risks, issues, priorities, resources, and contingency plans.
• Contribute to production processes and standard operating procedure enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven success managing client-facing digital projects in an interactive agency or equivalent environment.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Hands-on understanding of web or mobile development processes and delivery platforms.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining client and team relationships.
• Knowledge of project management tools, best practices, processes, MS Project, and online project management software.
• Strong facilitation, time management, prioritization, communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing HTML5, Unity, iOS, or Android projects.
• Experience leading projects in a Scrum or Agile environment.
• Completed or in-progress PMP certification.
