Manufacturing Lab Assistant (Life Sciences)

Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States; onsite role

Salary: $16.80–$23.10 per hour

What you will do

• Filter and aliquot conjugated antibodies inside a laminar hood.
• Label vials, prepare inventory-transfer paperwork, and organize batch records.
• Prepare spin columns and microcentrifuge tubes for conjugate manufacturing.
• Support array processing, including cutting and stamping array membranes.
• Clean and sterilize lab spaces, equipment, and labware while tracking assay-component inventory.
• Order lab supplies, perform general laboratory duties, and collaborate across teams while following safety, quality, and training procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an AA degree in biological sciences is preferred.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with sterile techniques and pipetting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow complex instructions, handle repetitive work, multitask, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Must have United States work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
