Business Analyst (AI Agentic Solutions)

What you will do

• Identify business workflows suitable for AI agent automation and document current-state processes, pain points, and requirements.
• Evaluate workflow challenges and recommend approved in-house AI tools, no-code/low-code configurations, or custom development.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using suitable no-code/low-code platforms.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, data mappings, and integration requirements for engineering.
• Test agent accuracy, consistency, and reliability; conduct UAT and create monitoring, feedback, and ROI tracking loops.
• Document agent logic and processes, train end users, and maintain the backlog of AI automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience evaluating tools, making build-versus-buy and no-code-versus-custom decisions, and configuring workflows or automations.
• Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents, chatbots, or workflow automations on at least one no-code/low-code platform.
• Understanding of prompt design and agentic AI concepts, including agents, tools, orchestration, and RAG.
• Experience gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, mapping data, and integrating systems through APIs, connectors, or native integrations.
• Strong process-mapping, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in food safety, food and beverage regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or another regulated industry.
• Basic SQL or data-querying skills.
• Experience with Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini, AI tool evaluations, vendor assessments, or RAG knowledge-base agents.
• Process improvement or business analysis certification such as Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, or PMI-PBA.
