What you will do

• Lead finance project lifecycles from initiation to sustaining operations across global teams.
• Define and document complex finance requirements, including BRDs, accounting flows, and UAT scripts.
• Manage operations for digital services like subscriptions, media, and diverse payment methods.
• Oversee master data governance for customer hierarchies, product mappings, and GL structures.
• Coordinate with SMEs in Engineering, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and Shared Services for alignment.
• Identify business issues and execute strategic and tactical project details.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• 5+ years in finance operations, process engineering, or project management.
• Deep knowledge of Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business cycles.
• Experience in finance process engineering and scalable workflows.
• Expertise in project documentation and PLC standards.
• Strong communication for global teams; resilience in high-pressure environments.
