Senior Finance Operations & Systems Analyst (Global Digital Services)

What you will do

• Participate in global project teams and manage finance project lifecycles from initiation through sustaining operations.
• Define and document finance requirements, accounting flows, business requirements documents, and UAT scripts.
• Manage finance operations supporting subscriptions, digital media, and global payment methods.
• Govern customer and vendor hierarchies, product mappings, and General Ledger reporting structures.
• Coordinate Engineering, Project Management, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Shared Services stakeholders.
• Balance strategic business decisions with detailed project execution and operational delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance operations, process engineering, or project management.
• Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business cycles.
• Experience building scalable finance workflows and applying finance process engineering practices.
• Expertise in project documentation and project lifecycle standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, resilience, and attention to operational detail.
