Mid-Level Software Developer (AI) (REST APIs/Webhooks): Evolving a webhook-based integration solution through implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation with an accent on Agentic SDLC practices, AI-assisted development, and secure integration engineering. Focus on analyzing an existing production codebase, solving integration defects, validating AI-generated code, and improving test coverage and technical quality.

What you will do
- Understand and evolve an existing webhook-based integration codebase, architecture, and development practices.
- Implement functionality, enhancements, technical improvements, and prioritized fixes for defects and technical debt.
- Work with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, authorization, permissions, and related integration components.
- Write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot application and integration issues, and maintain code quality.
- Use AI agents and Agentic SDLC workflows for codebase discovery, implementation, refactoring, debugging, test generation, documentation, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and QA, participate in code reviews, and document technical decisions and operational knowledge.
Requirements
- Mid-level experience with modern software development practices, version control, and production codebases.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, system integrations, HTTP, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience writing unit and/or integration tests.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in an Agile delivery environment.
- Interest or experience in AI-assisted software development or Agentic SDLC practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI coding agents, agentic development tools, or AI-powered developer workflows.
- Experience with AWS, Lambda, API Gateway, serverless and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with identity and access management, CI/CD, automated deployment, observability, logging, monitoring, and application diagnostics.
