Senior Product Manager (Web3)

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates wherever in the world they are, with solid overlap required across European and Latin American time zones

What you will do

• Own discovery, planning, and delivery of crypto-native product features end to end.
• Research the wallet setups, workarounds, and frustrations of people who spend cryptocurrency daily.
• Select chain, wallet, and protocol integrations using usage data rather than market hype.
• Write product specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog and ship alongside engineering and design.
• Coordinate with compliance, marketing, support, and operations.
• Represent hirify.global in crypto communities and at industry conferences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Track record of shipping products with real user adoption.
• Experience leading work across distributed teams and time zones.
• Hands-on crypto and DeFi knowledge, including vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, and gas dynamics.
• Strong understanding of desktop and mobile wallet UX, including common failure points.
• Clear writing skills for specifications, decision documents, and async updates; ability to align engineering, design, and business.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for crypto-native users and understanding the transition from speculation toward practical use of digital assets.
• Experience representing a product in crypto communities and at industry conferences.
