What you will do

• Define and own the card product roadmap across multiple markets, aligning milestones and success metrics with business objectives.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through development and launch, ensuring OKRs are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Legal for phased rollout plans.
• Coordinate partner integrations and interpret API documentation to bridge communication between business and engineering teams.
• Design detailed PRDs, wireframes, and end-to-end card journeys, including issuance, activation, rewards, and disputes.
• Analyze product performance and KPIs to drive improvements using data and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in card issuing product management, with a strong preference for 0→1 launch experience.
• Deep understanding of card processes: authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and tokenization.
• Knowledge of card compliance frameworks, scheme rules, and regulatory nuances across various jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, sequence diagrams, and well-structured PRDs.
• Ability to interpret API documentation and use BI tools (SQL proficiency is a strong plus).
• Proven track record of managing a card portfolio toward positive P&L.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtual cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay tokenization, or card-as-a-service platforms.
• Familiarity with multi-currency wallets and cross-border payment flows.
• Experience in crypto/fintech ecosystems, neobanks, or embedded finance.
