Logistics Engineer

Location: Denton, Texas, United States; onsite at the Denton location. International relocation to the United States is not supported for applicants who require it.

What you will do

• Lead inventory management and maintain alignment between system records and physical quantities.
• Resolve inbound and outbound delivery issues across warehouses, ports, customs, and transportation providers.
• Promote safety and improve logistics processes across factory, warehouse, inbound, outbound, and customs operations.
• Identify automation and digitalization opportunities to reduce total logistics costs and improve service levels.
• Lead projects involving warehouse layout, material flow, transportation optimization, and inventory management.
• Develop standard operating procedures and support continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, another engineering field, or Data Analytics.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros, formulas, pivot tables, and database use.
• Good time management, proactive workstyle, and sound decision-making skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Denton, Texas, United States; applicants requiring international relocation to the United States will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Power BI report development and automation knowledge.
• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Transportation Management Systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
