Operations Specialist - Contract Logistics

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia; onsite contract logistics operations. No relocation or immigration assistance is provided.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound contract logistics activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch.
• Monitor customer orders through fulfilment and delivery, coordinating collections, deliveries, and shipment status updates with transport providers.
• Maintain inventory records, support cycle counts and stock reconciliation, and investigate discrepancies.
• Record orders and inventory movements in WMS or other logistics systems and maintain operational documentation.
• Prepare reports on order volumes, inventory, deliveries, productivity, and service performance while supporting billing data accuracy.
• Escalate operational exceptions, support corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or a related logistics environment.
• Experience with inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, or other logistics systems is preferred.
• Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Good written and spoken English required.
