Experimentation Analyst (A/B Testing)

Location: London; hybrid model with onsite work 50% of the time

What you will do

• Analyse experiments and provide testing support to stakeholders across the business.
• Support embedded analysts with conducting and analysing tests.
• Act as the primary contact for business-as-usual experimentation questions.
• Assist with pre-test metric evaluations, post-test analyses, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Establish best practices and consistency in experiment reporting.
• Promote an experimentation culture, support learning initiatives, track workstreams, and contribute to the quarterly experimentation newsletter.

Requirements

• 2+ years of analyst experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and a strong statistical background.
• Experience with A/B testing or experimentation.
• Experience working with varied datasets and data tools.
• Ability to understand commercial objectives, design relevant A/B tests, and communicate complex analysis clearly to senior stakeholders.
• University degree in mathematics, management, business, psychology, computer science, statistics, economics, or a similar numerate discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Optimizely, Amplitude Experiment, or similar tools.
• Passion for data visualisation and familiarity with visual techniques.
• Interest in current affairs.
