Data Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Translate Compliance and Customer Service business challenges into actionable insights.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for Compliance and Governance teams.
• Extract, manipulate, reconcile, and analyse structured and unstructured data.
• Present analysis through clear materials and compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Evaluate policy and procedural changes related to responsible gambling.
• Investigate questionable findings and recommend improvements proactively.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in an analytical role and practical experience delivering industry data projects.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with data visualisation and Power BI or Tableau report development and maintenance.
• Ability to document key metrics, data sources, and business logic.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another science-related discipline is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or R.
• Experience with statistical modelling, including logistic regression, clustering, linear regression, or decision trees.
• Knowledge of Fraud Prevention, Anti-Money Laundering, or Responsible Gambling.
