Marketplace Delivery Manager (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-powered platform that combines generative AI, human-in-the-loop workflows, and an Enterprise Skill Graph for multilingual content delivery and enterprise productivity.

What you will do

• Own the marketplace onboarding experience from pre-sales through steady-state operations for new and existing customers.
• Configure and automate workflows, including freelancer assignment, vendor management, and workspace settings.
• Build and maintain trusted vendor teams and support supplier selection and vendor pool management.
• Set up language assets such as translation memories, glossaries, and style guides, along with QA automation.
• Safeguard quality and on-time delivery SLAs, resolving issues and escalating risks when needed.
• Provide workflow insights and product feedback that influence roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, vendor management, supply chain management, or operations.
• Experience scoping projects, allocating resources, managing risk, and tracking delivery performance.
• Understanding of technical concepts related to translation technologies and the ability to use AI tools to streamline processes.
• Experience delivering support, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and customer empathy skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplace environments or large vendor and freelancer pools.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
