Sr. Manager, Network Design & Optimization (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Santa Clara, California office; five days per week onsite

Salary: $170,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and optimize autonomous vehicle networks in collaboration with business, technical, product, and operations teams.
• Implement and scale tools, capabilities, and processes for Network Design & Optimization.
• Analyze customer network data and prepare optimized routes, networks, and commercial proposals.
• Support B2B sales through data analysis, network design, routing, scheduling, and proposal development.
• Lead cross-functional projects, collect information, and support business strategy and operations.
• Translate business requirements for technical teams and present data-driven recommendations to leadership and external executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science discipline; an MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic, analytical, and/or customer-facing roles.
• Experience solving complex problems and implementing scalable solutions in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong data analysis, creative problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools.
• Python data modeling or scripting experience and comfort using AI tools to automate workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, banking, or a startup environment.
• MBA degree.
