Sr. Solutions Engineer (Field) – US Remote, Northeast

Location: US remote; ideal candidates must be located in the New England area. Travel within the U.S. is required for customer engagements, industry events, partner meetings, and field initiatives.

Total compensation: USD $150,000–$250,000 annually.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers and prospects throughout platform evaluation, adoption, and expansion.
• Analyze customer goals, security requirements, and technical challenges to align platform capabilities with measurable outcomes.
• Lead technical demonstrations, presentations, storytelling, proof-of-concept projects, architecture workshops, and customer education.
• Build relationships with strategic partners and support channel, marketing, product, engineering, and customer success collaboration.
• Create enablement materials including demos, videos, architectural diagrams, and training assets.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with Product Management while representing the platform at events, panels, webinars, and field engagements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship, both currently and in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Experience working with enterprise technical decision-makers and C-level executives, including public speaking, live demonstrations, and customer education.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP, with experience designing solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.
• Broad technical knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity startup environments.
• Knowledge of XDR, SIEM, CSPM, CNAPP, modern detection technologies, or security posture management.
• Experience with API integrations, scripting, automation, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Background in SOC operations, threat hunting, incident response, MSSPs, GSIs, or channel partnerships.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCSP, Security+, CISM, CISA, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect.
