Global Presales Program Manager (AI)

Location: US-based remote role; AMER and Canada listed. Preferred locations include Philadelphia, Dallas, or Denver.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annual base compensation. An additional compensation range of $146,889–$183,611 CAD is also listed.

What you will do

• Develop and optimize global presales programs, initiatives, workflows, and operational processes.
• Manage change requests for presales technologies and support projects involving demo tools, playbooks, documentation, and SME programs.
• Create enablement content, reusable assets, webinars, knowledge databases, and field-sourced best-practice materials.
• Build and maintain Tiger Teams, rotational programs, technical skills matrices, and standardized demo methodologies.
• Collect feedback from win/loss reviews, customer stories, and lessons learned to improve presales strategies.
• Collaborate with presales, sales, marketing, product management, and other functions while using data and metrics to guide improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience with a record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
• Strong operational, analytical, creative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collect and analyze data, prioritize initiatives, track metrics, and identify improvement areas.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States; preferred locations are Philadelphia, Dallas, or Denver.

Nice to have

• Project management certifications such as PMP, MPM, or PgMP.
• Agile/Scrum, ITIL, Salesforce, Java, Power BI, or AWS training and certifications.
