TL;DR
Site Lead (IT/Manufacturing): Building out and operating on-site IT infrastructure for Hadrian’s precision manufacturing facility in Texarkana with an accent on endpoint management, local networking, security compliance, and factory-floor support. Focus on coordinating construction and vendors, supporting CMMC Level 2 and ITAR requirements, and connecting manufacturing operations with Hadrian’s AI platform and central technology teams.
Location: On-site in Texarkana, Texas, at the Red River Army Depot. The role supports a U.S. government facility and requires eligibility under ITAR regulations.

What you will do
- Own on-site IT support for facility employees, manufacturing technicians, and production staff.
- Manage endpoint lifecycles, asset inventory, Jira Service Management tickets, and on-call escalations.
- Maintain local networks and infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi, switches, and wireless access points.
- Support the IT buildout of the facility by coordinating with construction, facilities, vendors, and central IT teams.
- Enforce EDR, MDM, and IAM security tooling and support CMMC Level 2 compliance for CUI handling.
- Support users of ’s proprietary Opus AI platform and relay factory-floor feedback to the product team.
Requirements
- Must work on-site in Texarkana, Texas.
- Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or person eligible to obtain the required U.S. authorizations.
- Experience with networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewall administration, and Wi-Fi.
- Endpoint management experience with Intune, Mosyle, or FleetDM and familiarity with Okta.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, drive issues to resolution, and operate as part of a distributed technology team.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and with military departments or federal agencies is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMMC, ITAR, and CUI handling.
- Experience managing local vendors, hardware contracts, ISP coordination, and IT logistics.
