Manager/Senior Manager, Finance & Corporate Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: Dallas, TX or New York, NY; hybrid schedule with three days in the office per week

Base salary: $185,000–$215,000 annually, plus an annual bonus depending on location, level, and relevant experience.

What you will do

• Lead strategic and financial analyses covering pricing, network economics, capital allocation, and other high-impact business questions.
• Translate complex, multi-variable trade-offs into clear recommendations for the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
• Prepare analytically rigorous sections of board and investor materials with minimal rework.
• Partner with Finance & Corporate Strategy, Commercial, Operations, Product/Technology, and Enterprise Analytics.
• Build reusable analytical frameworks and templates while managing multiple workstreams in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• 5–8+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, and/or corporate finance.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and structured problem-solving ability.
• Strong executive communication skills, including the pyramid principle.
• Moderate working knowledge of Claude or ChatGPT, with Claude preferred.
• Ability to work in the specified Dallas or New York hybrid office arrangement.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Databricks, NetSuite, Lucidchart, Visio, Alteryx, or Knime.
• Healthcare or healthcare technology industry experience.
• MBA and experience challenging executive assumptions across multiple workstreams.
