Senior Analyst, Finance (Healthcare)

Location: Dallas, TX or New York, NY; hybrid work with three days in the office each week

Base salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year, plus bonus depending on location, level, and relevant experience.

What you will do

• Own the enterprise forecasting model, including data updates, formula integrity, version control, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support the evolution of the model by applying new drivers, testing logic against actuals, and validating updates before release.
• Support annual budget planning by building schedules, gathering input from business leaders, consolidating departmental plans, and refining the long-term operating profile.
• Build and automate monthly financial insights presentations and KPI reporting.
• Develop market sizing, cost-benefit, and ROI analyses for product partnerships, operational improvements, technology investments, and other capital allocation decisions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A or a finance analyst role.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including the ability to build a three-statement model.
• High attention to detail with the ability to connect analysis to core financial challenges.
• Ability to independently own recurring deliverables with minimal oversight after ramp-up.
• Experience with financial software such as NetSuite and reporting tools such as Power BI.

• Healthcare or healthcare services experience.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to optimize workflows.
