Senior Finance Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the San Francisco or Rohnert Park office, four times per week

Salary: $190,000–$240,000 yearly base compensation, plus bonus

What you will do

• Own operating and capital budgeting activities across the company and partner with functional leaders on P&L expenses and cost drivers.
• Maintain rolling forecasts, long-range plans, gross margin projections, and operating expense models.
• Build scenario analyses and sensitivity models to evaluate operating alternatives and support business decisions.
• Translate headcount, vendor spend, project pipelines, and unit economics into forecasts and management reports.
• Lead forecast accuracy reviews, variance analysis, headcount tracking, accruals, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Support senior leadership with strategic analyses and integrate AI tools and LLMs into finance workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or accounting.
• Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, valuation, and sensitivity analysis skills.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience presenting to and collaborating directly with C-suite leaders and functional directors.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco or Rohnert Park office four times per week.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CMA.
• Experience with NetSuite, Tableau, or modern finance systems.
