Sales & Operations Planning Coordinator

Location: Peoria, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year

What you will do

• Analyze market demand, customer orders, business trends, and operational constraints.
• Develop production schedules, factory build plans, and monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
• Align demand plans with manufacturing capacity, inventory strategies, and business objectives.
• Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and reports for business performance reviews.
• Communicate planning assumptions, risks, and operational impacts while supporting analytics and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, economics, operations management, engineering, analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in forecasting, planning, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or analytics preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, production scheduling, order management, or Sales & Operations Planning processes.
• Onsite availability in Peoria, Illinois, five days per week is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Business Information Center, IBM Cognos, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience in a manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain environment.
