Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, New York; first-shift work schedule.

Salary: $26.44–$38.46 per hour.

What you will do

• Create and manage schedules for multiple business areas, primarily the machine shop.
• Release work orders, provide completion dates, and maintain component planning parameters.
• Identify risks that could cause schedule delays and perform data analysis.
• Communicate schedule updates to machinists, performance leads, program planning, and procurement teams.
• Represent supply chain as an organizational leader and support cross-functional problem-solving.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
• Alternatively, an associate’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field plus 4 years of planning experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MRP planning processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work onsite in Buffalo, New York.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional certifications.
• Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Experience supporting lean manufacturing.
