Associate Director – Technology, AI, & Digital Solutions – Healthcare (AI)

Location: Remote - USA; consistent travel of approximately 25% is required depending on project and client needs

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery of healthcare technology, AI, analytics, automation, and digital transformation engagements.
• Manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, project budgets, forecasts, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Translate strategic, clinical, operational, and financial priorities into technology strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Direct complex analyses, solution designs, dashboards, models, implementation plans, and executive-ready presentations.
• Manage, coach, and develop project staff while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
• Support business development, proposals, client relationships, recruiting, training, and reusable delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of consulting or industry experience in healthcare technology, digital transformation, analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data science, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex consulting or technology engagements, developing project approaches, estimating budgets and timelines, and monitoring project economics.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to executive business, clinical, operational, and financial audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements or workstreams and lead teams through ambiguity with disciplined execution.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required.
