AI Consultant

Location: Hybrid working in Brisbane, Australia

Salary: AUD 90,000–120,000 per annum plus superannuation

What you will do

• Identify practical AI opportunities across client operations and translate business challenges into realistic use cases.
• Run discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders ranging from operational teams to senior decision-makers.
• Develop AI strategies, implementation roadmaps, and responsible AI adoption and governance recommendations.
• Recommend AI solutions using platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Help clients understand and adopt new AI capabilities.
• Work with technical teams to turn recommendations into successful business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, AI consulting or advisory, generative AI platforms, or client-facing technology roles.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and facilitate workshops.
• Experience working with stakeholders from junior teams through to executives.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify AI applications that solve genuine business problems.
• Understanding of technology, business needs, and people-oriented change adoption.
