Senior Manager Product Management (Hospitality Technology)

Location: Hybrid role based near one of hirify.global's US offices in McLean, Virginia; Dallas, Texas; or Memphis, Tennessee. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annually, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Plan.

hirify.global is a global hospitality company with an in-house Technology team developing consumer-facing and hotel operations technologies.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and prioritization for inventory, groups, reporting, and other enterprise capabilities within hirify.global's property management platform.
• Translate business opportunities, operational challenges, risks, and hotel feedback into product recommendations and delivery plans.
• Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption, and measurement.
• Create product requirements, business cases, roadmaps, priorities, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Align Product, Software Engineering, Architecture, Quality Engineering, Front Office, Revenue Management, Commercial, and Program teams.
• Provide product direction for vendors and technology partners and evaluate proposed solutions.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in Product, Technology, Customer Experience, or a related field.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders, analyzing business and product requirements, and creating product documentation in a cross-functional Agile environment.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work near one of hirify.global's three US office locations in a hybrid arrangement.
• Experience in product management, technology, hospitality technology, customer experience, or a related field is preferred; ten or more years is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or associate degree, or equivalent technology-related experience.
• Experience with PEP or another hotel property management system.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading Product Managers, Product Owners, or other product professionals.
