Product Manager, Operations Support

Location: Draper, Utah, United States — hybrid, with office attendance required 1–2 days per week

What you will do

• Define a two-year product strategy for systems supporting fulfillment, supply chain, and customer support.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify operations, reduce costs and risk, and create incremental revenue.
• Build and manage an intake process for operational and support requests, from triage through delivery and impact measurement.
• Own product requirements and guide approved work through design, development, delivery, and Agile software development ceremonies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, Data, and external partners.
• Use Databricks, Jellyfish, and JIRA to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally supporting fulfillment, supply chain, customer support, interfaces, or integrations.
• Experience managing work intake from requests and prioritization through delivery and impact measurement.
• Ability to build product strategy from business objectives and quantify cost, risk, and revenue impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile software development frameworks and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work from the Draper, Utah office 1–2 days per week.
