Technical Product Manager - Vision Plan

Location: Hybrid role based in Jacksonville, Florida or Raritan, New Jersey, United States

Base pay: $102,000–$175,950 per year

What you will do

• Manage OMP Plus planning capabilities across planning processes, integrations, configuration, testing, releases, and production support.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, manage dependencies, and shape Vision Plan product roadmaps.
• Lead product strategy and delivery from business problem definition and solution design through deployment, adoption, support, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business planning leaders, architects, engineers, vendors, product owners, and enterprise technology teams.
• Monitor product performance, user experience, production stability, and business outcomes while driving corrective actions.
• Manage risks, delivery estimates, budgets, stakeholder communications, and total cost of ownership optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in technical product management, solution delivery, business technology, or supply chain planning systems.
• Hands-on experience with OMP Plus or comparable advanced planning applications such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO, o9, or Oracle SCM Planning.
• Understanding of demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and scenario-based planning processes.
• Experience with agile or Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including executive presentations, release communications, incident updates, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration touchpoints, planning master data, IDocs, interfaces, and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience with production operations, incident management, root cause analysis, change management, and release deployment.
• Familiarity with data flows, system integrations, SQL, APIs, middleware, job scheduling, and cloud application environments.
• Experience in regulated, validated, GxP, or compliance-driven technology environments.
