Salary: $150,000–$258,750 base pay per year

What you will do

• Partner with senior business and functional leaders on organization, talent, leadership, culture, and workforce strategies.
• Set the talent agenda across organization design, workforce planning, culture, leadership effectiveness, and operating model choices.
• Build strategies for succession, critical roles, leadership readiness, retention, capability development, and internal mobility.
• Lead people, organization, and culture strategies for business and enterprise transformations.
• Coach senior leaders and connect OneHR capabilities to solve complex organizational challenges.
• Use data, analytics, digital tools, and responsible AI to improve decision-making, productivity, and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in HR, business, organization development, industrial and organizational psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Progressive HR or business leadership experience, including senior-level HR business partnership, organization effectiveness, talent strategy, transformation, or related leadership experience.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and translating business strategy into people outcomes in a global, matrixed, regulated environment.
• Expertise in organization design, workforce planning, succession, leadership effectiveness, culture, capability building, and change leadership.
• Strong analytical, business, storytelling, consulting, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort using data, external insights, digital tools, and AI-enabled ways of working.
